Engin Ertosun, Chief Executive Officer, Guildmore Ltd
Engin Ertosun, CEO of Guildmore Ltd, has been the driving force behind the company since its inception in 1998. With an unwavering commitment to the core principles of Business and Construction, Engin has led Guildmore to remarkable success and expansion.
Under Engin’s guidance, Guildmore has diversified its operations into four distinct business units: Construction, Facades & Cladding, Planned Works, and Land Development. His visionary leadership has propelled the company into new sectors, including residential, education, and healthcare, where Guildmore continues to excel.
Engin’s approach to leadership is deeply rooted in family values and respect. He fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within the company, ensuring that every team member feels valued and heard.
In addition to his leadership, Engin has curated a high-caliber team of Directors who share his ambition and dedication to success. Each Director brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their respective business units, guiding their teams towards excellence with diligence and skill.

Anwar Ali - FCAA
Head Of Finance
Anwar Ali FCCA is an experienced board level finance professional with a thriving history of working in the construction industry and in the higher education sector. He has skills in Construction Accounting, Strategic Planning & Business Performance Appraisal, Corporate Finance & Financial Reporting, Financial Modelling & Development Project Appraisal and is an excellent communicator with sound commercial acumen. He has been working for Guildmore Ltd for over 12 years overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, financing needs, compliance, risk, and audit.

John Walsh
Executive Operations Officer
John has been in the Construction industry for 46 years, 25 years at Director Level and he has a bachelors degree in Construction Process Management via Cambridge University. John Walsh joined Guildmore Ltd as Executive Operations Officer November 2023.
John has supported the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities team in helping them shape societies across the UK and has also worked with them onBuilding Safety Fund projects improving processes in fire safety risks in cladding replacements above 18 metres high. John is passionate in doing things right first time.

Gareth brings a diverse wealth of knowledge & with experience spanning 30 years in the construction industry, progressing in his career to current role as Director of Construction Business Unit at Guildmore.
His extensive expertise and experience in the Education, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, & Residential sectors, provides the Guildmore Team with the best leadership, ensuring our customers receive the best outcome in a honest, ethical, and trustworthy way for all of our operations.

Keith Laing
Director of Facades & Cladding
As Director of our Facades & Cladding Business Unit, Keith Laing is a pivotal figure within our organisation. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the industry, Keith’s proficiency extends across the entirety of external façade and envelope solutions.
His repertoire encompasses an array of specialised areas in cladding systems and remediation. What sets Keith apart is not just his comprehensive knowledge but also his hands-on approach and visionary leadership style.

Dan Williamson
Director of Planned Works
As the Director of Planned Works, Dan upholds the highest standards of quality, safety, health, & environmental practices. Starting his career as a Quantity Surveyor, Dan advanced to senior roles, successfully managing planned maintenance and property improvement projects with consistency and professionalism.
He leverages his extensive experience to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders, both operationally and commercially.
Dan is dedicated to motivating and developing high-performing teams, empowering individuals to excel and achieve success in their roles.

Harry Hepple
Land Director - Care Home Development
As the Director of our Land Development Business Unit, Harry Hepple brings over 15 years of experience as a commercially minded land and property professional. Specialising in the later living and care sector, he covers all aspects of land development, focusing on innovative solutions tailored to this unique market. With a strategic vision and extensive industry knowledge, Harry consistently delivers value and drives growth for the organisation.

Brett Bussey
Midlands & North Director
Brett has accrued over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, including over a decade in senior management roles. His areas of expertise include cladding remediation, delivering retrofit at scale decarbonisation projects and traditional planned works.
Over the course of his career, he has managed a diverse range of high-profile projects across the country, particularly in the Midlands and Northern England. His wealth of experience in these regions alongside his operational expertise have been instrumental in growing Guildmore’s presence nationally.
